About Dr. Crabtree

Dr. Crabtree will bring more than 20 years of general surgery experience to LMG Specialty Associates.  Dr. Crabtree has practiced general surgery in Middle Tennessee for his entire career with his primary practice located in Tullahoma, TN.  From 2016-2018, Dr. Crabtree operated a satellite clinic in Fayetteville and provided the community with much needed surgery care after the retirement of Fayetteville’s long-term general surgeon, Dr. Ted Cobb.   
Dr. Crabtree earned his medical degree in Johnson City, TN, at ETSU’s James H. Quillen College of Medicine.  He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine – Chattanooga Unit and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
